Hypnosis is a trance state characterized by intense concentration, deep relaxation, and high suggestibility. Hypnosis accesses the subconscious mind to modify behavioral patterns or change limiting belief systems. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. We enter this state just before going to sleep and upon awaking, during daydreaming, meditation, listening to music, or any similar activity.

             

    "I started going to Kathy for sessions during the first time I was studying for

    the California bar exam.  I am naturally a very anxious person and studying for

    the bar put me in a particularly nasty place.  Through hypnotherapy, Kathy helped

    me work through the fears behind some of this anxiety and be able to take the bar,
