Thanksgiving is not just a holiday we celebrate one day a year, but a practice we can take with us every day. It reminds us of the positive things, remembering what’s important, and to take time thanking yourself and others.
This workshop is designed to help you experience gratitude and to feel the effects on your body, mind and spirit. We will combine gentle yoga movements with the comfort of restorative poses. We will sink down into the support of bolsters and blankets while listening to the soft sounds of the bowls, a melodic flute or the rhythmic beat of the drum to help us find a deeper sense of self.
This workshop will:
Reduce the stress and anxiety of the holiday season
Balance and harmonize the energy system in the body
Strengthen the immune system for the 'cold and flu season'
